ONEOK Inc. is seeking Plant Operators for its Stanton, Texas facility. The role follows a 7/7 schedule with a focus on safe, efficient processing of natural gas liquids and on training less experienced operators.

You will work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with opportunities to contribute to process improvements. Ideal candidates will have experience in gas processing or related oil and gas operations, be able to operate and maintain plant equipment, and read diagrams and logs.

Qualifications

• Experience in gas processing or related oil and gas operations.
• Ability to operate and maintain plant equipment (compressors, engines, turbines, pumps, etc.).
• Experience with safe handling of flammable gases and high-pressure systems.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, diagrams, logs, dials, gauges, charts, and manuals.
• Capability to analyze, adjust, and perform minor repairs on compressor engines and equipment.

This position follows a 7/7 schedule, offering extended time off while supporting continuous operations. Candidates will operate and maintain a variety of plant equipment, contribute to a strong safety culture, and help train less experienced operators. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and has experience in gas processing or related oil and gas operations.

What You’ll Need

• Experience with compressor station, storage field, gathering field, and/or processing plant operations
• Knowledge of gas and liquid processing fundamentals
• Ability to operate and maintain plant equipment (compressors, engines, turbines, pumps, etc.)
• Experience with safe handling of flammable gases, liquids, and high-pressure systems
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, diagrams, work logs, dials, gauges, charts, and manuals
• Ability to analyze, adjust, and perform minor repairs on compressor engines and related equipment
• Physical ability to exert 50 to 100 pounds of force occasionally
• Ability to work in both indoor and outdoor environments, including extreme temperatures and weather conditions
• Ability to travel to company locations and/or for training
