PF Holdings in Louisiana is seeking a Plant Operator to operate production controls, assist machine operators, and perform general labor including plant clean-up. The role requires attention to safety and the ability to work with PLC systems and routine maintenance tasks.

You will communicate with shift leads and the Production Superintendent about any process issues, follow QA procedures, and participate in cleaning, screening changes, and routine upkeep.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years general manual labor experience (lifting, moving materials, digging, loading/unloading).
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and spoken.

Responsabilidades

• Operate controls used in production and assist machine operators.
• Perform general labor such as plant clean-up.
• Follow directions and complete tasks with or without close supervision.
• Operate plant equipment using PLC systems.
• Communicate process issues to shift leads and Production Superintendent.
• Ensure QA procedures are followed and QA processes are required.
• Assist with plant maintenance and inspections for wear or problems.
• Assist maintenance technicians with routine maintenance and repairs.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by Lead Plant Operator or Production Superintendent.
