Scope

Responsible for maintaining supply of raw materials and finished products with safety and quality in mind within established procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform all duties safely and legally, being responsible for yourself and coworkers.
• Perform all utility duties.
• Pull ANS samples and run quality checks.
• Unload raw materials into the correct tanks.
• Operate mixer and blender via PLC panel or manually.
• Operate expander equipment for processing.
• Blow down boiler and record boiler chemistry.
• Conduct quality assurance on finished products.
• Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and finished products.
• Perform daily workplace inspections.
• Complete documentation for inventories, QC checks, and product transfers.
• Perform maintenance as per the manual.
• Move and spot railcars if applicable.
• Identify and report abnormal or unsafe conditions.
• Maintain a clean control room workspace.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
