Job summary

Martin Marietta is seeking a motivated individual to join our Noblesville Sand plant team. This role operates a variety of equipment and supports maintenance, production and day-to-day operations.

Required: High School diploma or equivalent, 1+ year related experience, and a valid US driver's license. Willingness to cross-train in all plant areas and perform daily inspections. We value reliability, safety, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 1+ year related experience.
• Valid US driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Assist in plant operations including production, quality control, loading and shipping
• Assist with preventative and routine maintenance on mobile and plant equipment
• Must be willing to cross train in all plant areas
• Learn to operate plant-specific mobile equipment
• Perform daily pre/post-shift inspections on equipment and maintain maintenance log
• Maintain good housekeeping in areas of responsibility
• Other duties as assigned
