Job summary

Daniels Health is seeking a Plant Operator Lead for its medical waste treatment facility. The role involves supervising production, loading/unloading trucks, preparing orders for transport, and training staff. Qualifications

• 1+ years of lead experience preferred.
• Excellent organization and problem solving skills are required.
• Ability to manage a wide variety of activities simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Supervises all production activities ensuring their successful completion.
• Loads and unloads trucks and trailers on site for timely transports.
• Prepares and packs customer orders for transport and moving trucks.
• Manages training and assists employees and new hires.
• Enforces a high standard of finish with attention to detail.
• Ensures adherence to budgets, schedules and deadlines.
• Oversees OSHA compliance and conducts root cause analysis for production issues.
• Maintains clean production areas and facilitates a safe workplace.
