Job summary

eTeam seeks an entry-level Plant Operator I in Savannah, GA, onsite for a 12-month contract. Shift is 06:00 AM to 06:00 PM on a rotating schedule (DuPont cycle). An assessment test is required for consideration.

Training will cover operating bulk loading systems, forklift use, and safety protocols. Responsibilities include loading bulk trucks, filling orders including super sacks, plant cleaning, and light maintenance.

Job Title: Plant Operator I

Duration: 12 months contract

Shift: 06:00 AM - 06:00 PM - Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday

Rotating Shift, 28-day schedule, known as the DuPont schedule.

**A successfully completed assessment test is required for this role.**

Role is considered an entry-level plant position with significant on-the-job training.

Responsibilities:

The main responsibilities for this position are:

• Loading bulk trucks with product - involves using a bulk loading system and hooking hoses to compartments on tanker trailers and pumping products onto the truck.
• Filling package orders which include plant's super sacks.
• Plant cleaning and maintenance - includes maintaining a clean work area as well as maintaining overall plant cleanliness.
• Light maintenance.
• Previous pump experience preferred.
• Basic Forklift. experience preferred but will train.
• Client will provide required certification to operate forklifts.

Preferred Candidate Qualifications:

• Plant or manufacturing environment experience.
• Basic safety knowledge.
• Familiarity with lockout/tagout procedures.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Pump experience preferred.

Education:

High school diploma or GED required.
