Fluor Corporation in San Diego is seeking a skilled operations professional to operate complex building controls systems and drive commissioning, startup, and ongoing operational plans. You will follow safe work practices, document data, and support continuous improvement across plant activities.
The role requires a technical diploma or equivalent, plus at least five years in plant operations or maintenance, with strong English communication and MS-Office skills.

Market Rate Statement: The market rate for the role is typically at the mid-point of the salary range; however, variations in final salary are determined by additional factors such as the candidate’s qualifications, relevant years of experience, geographic location, internal pay equity, and prevailing market conditions for the specific role.
