• Maintenir l'ordre dans l'usine, l'équipement et le site.

About Kemp Quarries

Kemp Quarries is a leading producer of construction aggregates, primarily crushed stone, sand, and gravel. Our materials are sourced from natural deposits of limestone and river sand. The mining process involves drilling, blasting, crushing, and screening to meet customer specifications.

Our aggregates are used in various construction applications, including highways, walkways, airport runways, water filtration, erosion control, and construction of buildings, roads, bridges, and more. We are a member of the Oklahoma and Arkansas AGC chapters, working closely with contractors to meet stringent standards and certifications.

About the Position

The primary responsibilities include the safe and efficient operation of mobile aggregate mining and processing equipment, along with monitoring all equipment under control.

Key Responsibilities / Essential Functions

• Regular, reliable attendance at the worksite.
• Follow all safety, environmental, and company policies, as well as MSHA regulations.
• Operate and monitor equipment safely and efficiently.
• Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, repairs, and cleaning of equipment.
• Maintain overall housekeeping of the plant, equipment, and site.
• Complete all required paperwork accurately and timely.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements

• Lifting objects up to 75 lbs occasionally and 50 lbs frequently.
• Climbing stairs and ladders repeatedly.
• Balancing, bending, crawling, kneeling, pushing, and pulling.
• Using vibration-producing tools.
• Working outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Reaching, squatting, standing, walking on uneven surfaces.

Required Skills / Experience

• No or minimal experience required; some familiarity with Level One equipment preferred.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Good safety, behavior, and attendance record.
• Ability to work in a team and perform heavy labor as needed.
• Willingness to work outside in all weather, including swing and graveyard shifts, overtime, and weekends.
• Ability to work near or on equipment.
• Must pass a background check and drug test.
