Archaea Energy, a bp company, is a leader in landfill gas to energy and the largest renewable natural gas (RNG) producer in the US. We develop, construct, and operate RNG, landfill-gas-to-electric, and dairy digester facilities, operating around 50 sites across 32 states with a robust development pipeline.
This is an entry-level position in the Power Plant Operator Advancement Program. The individual will participate in bp's training program, learning to perform general operational duties under close supervision. Advancement to Plant Operator II depends on gaining experience and meeting higher-level requirements.
Monday-Friday, 7 am - 3 pm, with rotating weekends for morning checks. The role requires on-call availability 24/7 on a rotating basis. Schedule may change based on business needs.
High School Diploma or equivalent.

Pay rate: $24 - $25/hour. Benefits include paid vacation, holidays, parental leave, bonus, 401K, health insurance, and more.
Travel up to 25%. Not eligible for relocation or remote work.
