Job summary

Westwin Elements Inc. is seeking a nickel carbonyl process operator to join our team in establishing the first domestic refinery in the United States.

You will learn and apply fundamentals of nickel carbonyl refining in a demonstration plant setting and support eventual commercial-scale facilities. The role emphasizes safe operation, routine inspections, troubleshooting, data recording, and collaboration with engineers to optimize performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years hands-on plant experience.
• Basic knowledge of industrial equipment (compressors, blowers, heat exchangers, pumps, valves).
• Ability to follow safety procedures diligently.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Aptitude for troubleshooting within guidelines.
• Good documentation practices.
