We are continuously seeking enthusiastic Plant Operators to join our growing team at Erskine Park, NSW on a Full-Time basis.

This role involves multi-skilled plant operations using brand new, state-of-the-art tyre recycling equipment.

Your responsibilities will include the following:

Sort and process tyres/recyclable materials using various equipment.

Operate machinery such as forklifts, bobcats, and excavators to move and process materials.

Perform basic maintenance tasks and report any equipment issues.

Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the plant.

Collaborate with the team to meet production goals and ensure a safe working environment.

About you:

Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.

Ability to work effectively in a team.

Personal drive and results-oriented.

Current driver's licence.

Previous plant operating experience is a plus, but not essential.
