Job summary

Cargill, Inc in Dodge City, Kansas is seeking a Plant Operator to operate forklifts and related loading dock equipment while performing sanitation and GMP tasks. The role requires readiness to work 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts as needed, with safety as a priority.

Responsibilities

• Complete and document Master Sanitation Schedule tasks.
• Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices at all times.
• Maintain knowledge of finished product names and characteristics.
• Keep work areas clean and organized; communicate with coworkers and drivers.
• Perform tasks safely to prevent injuries and complete daily process order reconciliation.
