Your Shift, In Motion

Your day kicks off with a quick scan of the facility—checking spaces, listening for what’s “off,” and prioritizing what keeps the hospital running smoothly. You move between patient areas and back-of-house systems, tuning comfort levels, knocking out small fixes, and documenting what you found so nothing slips through the cracks. Between planned maintenance checks, you'll jump into a steady rhythm of hands‑on tasks—mounting items, touching up paint, and keeping equipment areas orderly—while staying alert to safety and code expectations. It's active, varied work where you can see immediate results and end the day knowing “care close to home” stayed strong because the building did too.

Rewards That Matter

You'll have access to a strong benefits lineup designed to support your health, finances, and time away from work:

  • Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance
  • Health Savings Account (HSA)
  • Paid Time Off (PTO)
