Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance of facility systems including heating, cooling, and life safety equipment.
• Repair equipment as able and document work orders.
• Inspect equipment, buildings, and systems and maintain records.
• Assist in maintaining supplies and contact supervisor for outside contracting needs.
• Maintain safety and compliance, including handling medical waste as trained.
• Perform snow removal, grounds work, and light maintenance tasks.
