Job summary

Ochsner Health in Louisiana is seeking a maintenance technician who maintains, operates, monitors, and repairs all utilities and central plant equipment across hospital facilities.

The role focuses on preventing failures, documenting activities, and responding to requests to keep the campus climate safe and comfortable.

Candidates should have a high school diploma and water treatment experience; an associate's degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, operate, monitor, and repair all utilities and central plant equipment.

• Document all maintenance activities and PMs.
• Ensure central plant is kept in clean, safe working condition.

This job maintains, operates, monitors, repairs all utilities and related central plant equipment and responds to maintenance requests for assistance to hospital, clinic and supporting facilities. Maintains central plant in good, clean working condition maintains preventative maintenance (P.M.), and schedules and completes corrective maintenance to all equipment in a timely and professional manner actively documenting all activities and maintenance.
