Job summary

Dolese Bros Co. is seeking an entry-level Production Tech to monitor plant operations, observe equipment performance, and support safe production flow. The role requires following procedures, assisting with mechanical tasks, and responding to routine process conditions under supervision.

The position offers 12-hour shift patterns (4 on, 3 off) and opportunities to grow in a safety-aware, team-driven environment within our quarry and processing facilities in Oklahoma.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in quarry, plant, or heavy equipment operations preferred.
• Demonstrate basic mechanical aptitude and understanding of plant equipment and systems.
• Ability to read and follow safety procedures and operating instructions.

Responsibilities

• Monitor processing equipment and system status, reporting changes to supervision.
• Ensure crushing, screening, and conveyor systems operate safely within defined conditions.
• Coordinate material feed to support consistent production flow.
• Respond to routine alarms and escalate issues as needed.
• Perform daily inspections and maintain clean, safe work areas.
