Job summary

Air Products is seeking an expert Site Supervisor for our Nevada, Iowa facility that produces liquid CO₂. You will oversee day-to-day plant and driver operations, drive safety and environmental compliance, manage maintenance budgeting, and develop frontline leaders.

A high school diploma is required; an engineering degree is preferred. Candidates need 5+ years in industrial plant ops/maintenance and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant operations and maintenance experience in an industrial plant.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with ability to develop talent.
• On-call responsibilities and weekend coverage as required.

Responsibilities

• Support all aspects of day-to-day plant and driver operations, including DOT compliance and fleet coordination.
• Identify and develop talent while promoting teamwork.
• Demonstrate effective workload management and respectful communication with support teams.
• Understand larger operational implications of decisions and ensure safety and environmental compliance.
• Provide vacation relief and plant coverage when issues arise.
