• Ensures products meet quality and service expectations.
• Maintains adequate inventories to meet customer needs.
• Enforces safety and OSHA requirements; maintains a safe workplace.
• Schedules material deliveries per Dispatch input.
• Ensures on-time, safe, efficient deliveries.
• Maintains environmental compliance and equipment.
• Performs daily equipment/site inspections.
• Enforces company policies and conducts safety meetings.
• Leads safety conversations daily/weekly/monthly.
• Operates ready-mix plants safely.
• Troubleshoots material quality and equipment issues.
• Discusses production problems with Operations Manager.
• Prepares reports and documentation.
• Maintains positive relationships with coworkers and outside agencies.
• Manages disciplinary procedures.
• Maintains regular attendance.
• Other duties as needed.
