Job summary

Dolese Bros Co in Ada, OK is seeking a Ready-Mix Manager to oversee the safe and efficient production and delivery of ready-mix concrete. You will manage multiple plants, drivers, and sales efforts within the assigned territory, ensuring quality and customer satisfaction.

The role requires a High School diploma or GED, a valid Class B CDL, strong leadership, safety focus, and excellent communication. Occasional marketing events and market development may be part of duties.

Our employees are one of our most important resources, which is why we promise to deliver.Dolese Delivers:* Stable Foundation* Treat with Respect* Safe Environments* Employee Focus**JOB SUMMARY****:** Responsible for the overall safe and efficient production and/or delivery of ready-mix concrete and building materials while being responsible for marketing, sales of ready-mix concrete and related customer service in assigned territory.**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS****:*** Manages and oversees the operations of multiple plants, mixer drivers, and sales.* Perform daily equipment and site inspections to identify and correct any unsafe conditions.* Ensure that equipment is properly maintained* Conduct required catwalk conversation meetings daily/weekly.* Safely and properly, operate ready mix plant.* Ensure appropriate material to produce quality concrete per job specifications.* Communicate with quality control personnel and make required adjustments to material blends.* Communicate effectively (verbal, listening, written) and work with difficult people under high stress situations. Self-motivated, team player with good interpersonal skills; ability to maintain positive customer relations and always act courteous/respectful of others.* Lead personnel at plant and work with dispatch to schedule drivers.
