Job summary

Creekview Health Center is seeking a Plant Operations Supervisor to manage day-to-day facility operations, ensuring safety for residents, staff and visitors. You will align with the Plant Operations Director, help develop budgets, and participate in the manager-on-duty program through special projects.

Responsibilities include supervising preventive maintenance, coordinating vendors, and ensuring life-safety codes compliance while supporting staffing and budgetary needs.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills required to manage documentation and inventory.
• Experience budgeting and managing plant-related budgets.
• Supervisory experience overseeing plant personnel and operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee preventive maintenance and life safety compliance for building and equipment.
• Coordinate and supervise contractors and vendors for repairs and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain HVAC and electrical systems; manage tools and supplies.
