Hitachi Global Air Power, Midland Operations, seeks a Plant Operations Supervisor to lead maintenance technicians, drive daily plant operations, and ensure timely completion of maintenance work orders. As a leader of the Hitachi Global Air Power (HGAP) Midland Operations team, the Plant Operations Supervisor will lead a group of Plant Maintenance Technicians. This position will drive, execute, and oversee the daily plant operations and ensure timely completion of maintenance work orders, system repairs and downtime mitigation. This role will develop new standardized processes to ensure equipment’s uptime and reliability. This position will assist the Plant Manager in materials and equipment sourcing, purchase requisitions, and resource scheduling. Position reports directly to the Plant Manager of the Midland Operations team.
The successful candidate is responsible for complying with Hitachi Global Air Power Code of Ethics and related policies.
