Qualifikationen

• 5 years of progressive management or supervisory experience in industrial settings such as paint, production, or manufacturing.
• Experience leading teams of 20–30 employees.
• Experience working in a unionized environment with collective agreements.

• Oversee and coordinate daily operations to meet production and service requirements safely and on time.
• Lead, supervise, and develop a 20–30 person team, promoting accountability and strong performance.
