Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction for a team of entry-level production employees to meet customer demand.
• Coordinate daily production activities and distribution requirements, including local delivery routes and shuttle scheduling.
• Lead reliability, compliance, quality, and safety initiatives to meet governmental and environmental regulations and ensure training in Linde Safety and Quality systems.
• Monitor production performance and manpower levels to maintain efficiency and develop contingencies.
• Identify operational challenges and lead improvement efforts related to production processes, shift scheduling, and training.
• Manage equipment and product quality issues, maintain inventory of production supplies, and support 5S and Lean projects and hazardous waste activities.
