You will mentor teams, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, ensure regulatory compliance (USDA/FDA where applicable), and build strong operations that balance quality with cost control.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in food production or plant management.
• Experience with USDA/FDA meat or frozen products.
• Experience managing large-scale plant operations.
• Strong organizational and managerial skills.
