Job summary

DBF Recruiting LLC is seeking a Plant Operations Manager for a food manufacturer in Colorado Springs. You will lead a 1000+ person operation, drive production planning and budgeting, and ensure product quality meets customer expectations.

You will coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, mentor the team, and implement process improvements to maintain safe, efficient, and compliant plant performance in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of food production/plant management experience.
• USDA/FDA meat or frozen experience.
• Experience managing large plant operations.
• Strong organizational and managerial skills.
