Qualifications

• 5+ years of management experience in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of TPS concepts (5S) and continuous improvement.
• Understanding of production planning: allocate resources and coordinate people/equipment.

Responsibilities

• Manage labor effectively for entire shift
• Drive plant operations and continuous improvement
• Coordinate with all departments to meet KPIs (safety, environment, people, quality, responsiveness, cost)
• Ensure safety equipment use and maintain safety awareness
• Ensure incident reporting procedures are followed and staff training is current
