• Ensure IP safety standards and OSHA compliance.
• Coordinate site efforts with Complex General Manager to meet targets.
• Develop short- and long-term plans to reduce costs and improve service.
• Manage departments: customer service, production, quality, shipping, scheduling, maintenance.
• Develop an effective team and organizational structure for peak performance.
• Manage plant assets aligned with strategic plans.
