Qualifications

• Experience leading hourly production employees in a high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate daily manufacturing activities across shifts.
• Ensure production schedules are met with quality, safety, and productivity standards.
• Monitor workflow and adjust staffing or machine assignments to optimize throughput.
• Manage startup, shutdown, and changeover activities of equipment.
• Track KPIs including schedule attainment, waste, efficiency, downtime, and labor utilization.
• Collaborate with planning and scheduling teams to prioritize orders.
