Kellanova in Jackson, TN is seeking a Plant Operations Manager to drive shift results through the Daily Work Cycle and Team Master Plan execution with the shift team, in a rotating shift environment. You will be a culture owner, elevating safety, quality, and organizational discipline across the plant.

You will lead, coach, and develop leaders, drive engagement, and secure buy-in while navigating change and building trust with cross-functional partners to optimize performance and daily outcomes.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate others.
• Strong problem solving, negotiating, and decision-making skills with the proven ability to manage complex situations.
• Collaborative work style, able to partner with leaders of other functional areas and business partners to drive overall performance.

We are seeking a Plant Operations Manager in our Jackson, TN plant. As the Plant Operations Manager you will drive shift result improvements from Daily Work Cycle and Team Master Plan execution with you shift team. This is a rotating shift role. • Learning and Development – Help our team grow and learn as you coach and develop leaders on the Kellanova Work System, look at employee performance development, recognition, compatibility, and employee progression and readiness.
• Driving Metrics – Measure and positively impact production, delivery, quality, cost, safety, and morale through scorecards.
