Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field and manufacturing leadership experience.
• Minimum of 7 years progressive manufacturing leadership experience.
• Experience leading plant operations in fast-paced manufacturing environments.
• Knowledge of safety, quality, production planning, and operational excellence principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead all plant operations to meet safety, quality, production, and financial objectives.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and company policies; promote a safety culture.
• Direct and coordinate daily production activities to meet demand and KPIs.
• Support quality systems to ensure product consistency and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct operational reviews, audits, and inspections and implement improvements.
• Develop, coach, and lead production teams with training and succession planning.
• Drive Lean, waste reduction, and process optimization initiatives.
• Collaborate with engineering and maintenance to improve equipment reliability and manage capital projects.
