Job summary

The incumbent will drive continuous improvement, manage budgets and P&L, coordinate across planning, maintenance, engineering, quality, purchasing and logistics to optimize workflow and minimize downtime.

Responsibilities

• Lead zero-incident safety culture and enforce safety policies.
• Oversee daily plant operations including production, maintenance, warehousing, logistics and shipping.
• Manage budgets, operating expenses and capital expenditures (CAPEX).
• Drive Lean, 5S, Kaizen and other continuous improvement initiatives.
• Recruit, train, onboard and develop a capable workforce; set performance expectations.
• Represent the plant in meetings with customers, vendors, and corporate stakeholders.
