Proven track record in managing manufacturing operations and KPI delivery.
Strong financial acumen, P&L understanding, and cost control experience.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily and long-term plant operations including production, maintenance, warehousing, logistics, and shipping.
Develop and execute production schedules and workforce plans to meet demand.
Ensure targets for output, efficiency, quality, delivery and waste reduction are met.
Capture and report daily production activity and key metrics.
Coordinate with Planning, Maintenance, Engineering, Quality, Purchasing and Logistics to optimize workflows.
