Job summary

Revolution is seeking a Plant Manager to lead operations at our Mesquite, TX facility. You will oversee day-to-day plant activities across extrusion, converting, maintenance, quality, safety and workforce development to meet production goals safely and efficiently.

The ideal candidate has 7–10+ years in manufacturing leadership, experience in film extrusion or converting, and a strong Lean/CI background, with the ability to drive accountability and cost control in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
7–10+ years manufacturing leadership experience.
Experience in film extrusion, plastics, or converting environments.
Proven ability to lead both hourly and salaried teams.
Strong Lean / continuous improvement background.
Solid financial acumen with plant budgets and cost drivers.

Responsibilities

Lead all plant operations including extrusion, converting, maintenance, quality, and shipping.
Foster a safety-first culture with accountability and follow-through.
Improve production performance, efficiency and waste reduction.
Develop and lead salaried and hourly teams.
Improve attendance, staffing stability and workforce engagement.
Partner with HR, finance, and operations on staffing and cost control.
Drive continuous improvement on throughput, scrap reduction, and uptime.
Oversee maintenance strategy and preventive maintenance execution.
Manage plant-level financial performance including labor and material costs.
Support capital projects to improve safety, capacity and efficiency.
