Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, operations, supply chain, business, or a related field.
• 5–7 years manufacturing leadership with responsibility for safety, quality, delivery and cost.
• Proven success leading and developing teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of plant operations including production, maintenance, quality, inventory and workforce planning.
• Experience implementing Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement to deliver measurable results.
• Strong financial acumen including budgeting, labor management, cost control, and capital planning.
• Ability to leverage data and analytics to solve problems and support decisions.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership across all levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead safe, high-performing plant operations that meet SQDC objectives.
• Oversee daily production, maintenance, quality, and warehouse ops to meet customer demand.
• Develop leaders and build organizational capability through coaching and engagement.
• Improve productivity, quality, capacity, and efficiency via Lean and data-driven decisions.
• Own plant performance and financial results, identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Partner with Planning, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Quality for readiness and launches.
• Ensure assets and facilities support current and future business needs through maintenance and capex.
