Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or significant equivalent management experience in manufacturing.
• Strong background in manufacturing methods, process improvement and financial oversight.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage plant operations for production, maintenance, quality, and shipping and receiving.
• Lead people to meet manufacturing objectives in timely and cost-effective manner.
• Develop and control plans, budgets and profits for this facility.
• Control capital expenditures, operating expenses, manpower levels, hours worked, and wages.
• Manage capital assets and expenditures.
• Control and manage labor overtime, premium freight and repair expenses.
• Maintain existing plant facilities and equipment; replace, repair, or adjust as necessary.
• Provide leadership and training to accomplish company goals and objectives.
• Implement and maintain preventative maintenance programs.
• Incorporate and manage shop floor organization and plant cleanliness with plant personnel.
• Lead the effort to maintain a safe, clean, healthy working environment.
• Provide direction, development, and leadership to production leads.
