Job summary

Precision International LLC in Sistersville, WV is seeking a full-time Plant Manager to oversee operations of the metal fabrication facility. The company, founded in 1958, focuses on steel, aluminum and copper and emphasizes customer satisfaction and quality.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Engineering (Mechanical preferred) and at least 10 years of hands-on plant management experience, with CWI preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (mechanical preferred).
• 10+ years of hands-on management in manufacturing.
• CWI preferred and experience with welding procedures.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe, orderly plant environment.
• Provide leadership and communicate with personnel and executives.
• Ensure compliance with laws and permits for operation.
• Develop monthly production plans with management and assist in costing.
• Provide ongoing training in production skills, safety, and maintenance.
• Pursue cost-effective equipment and process improvements.
• Maintain QA system and manage corrective actions.
• Lead efforts to meet/exceed product and process quality expectations.
