Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge in plant maintenance operations, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, roads and grounds, and motor pool.
• Knowledge of Life Safety Code and accreditation standards.
• Developing maintenance policies and procedures; CAFM or similar systems.

Responsibilities

• Directs the maintenance department and supervises staff across trades.
• Oversees project plans, budgets, and contractor activities.
• Ensures compliance with NFPA, NEC, TAC, and Life Safety codes.
