Job summary

You will manage production systems, direct activities to meet output and safety goals, coordinate maintenance, and lead staff through lean improvements to boost productivity and profitability.

Qualifications

• Mid-level experience: 5–8 years in manufacturing/ops.
• Education: high school or equivalent required.
• Experience required: 5 years in relevant industry.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the facility’s automated production systems and equipment.
• Direct and coordinate production activities to achieve output, quality, and safety goals.
• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with environmental and safety professionals to ensure OSHA/DEP regulatory compliance.
• Lead, coach, and schedule staff to maximize productivity and maintain a safe workplace.
• Analyze production data to identify improvements using LEAN concepts.
• Ensure readiness of the facility to receive materials and deliver quality products on time.
• Manage special projects to improve efficiency, sustainability, and profitability.
