Job summary

Jolly Time Popcorn is seeking a Production Manager to lead a team of supervisors and drive operational excellence in manufacturing. You will provide strategic and hands-on leadership across Production, Maintenance, Sanitation, & Mixing, ensuring safe operations and high product quality.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in engineering/related field and 7+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership, with strong ERP/MRP experience and a focus on Lean/Six Sigma methodologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Manufacturing, or related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience.
• Proven experience overseeing multiple operational functions; food manufacturing or regulated environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide plant leadership and direction for plant operations.
• Establish clear expectations, priorities, and performance standards across all plant departments.
• Build, coach, and develop department leaders (Production, Maintenance, Sanitation, Mixing).
• Foster a culture of safety, accountability, teamwork and continuous improvement.
• Oversee production activities to ensure efficient, safe, and cost-effective manufacturing.
• Ensure production schedules are met while maintaining quality and minimizing waste.
• Support and lead initiatives to improve line performance, staffing models, and workflow efficiency.
• Collaborate with Facilities and cross-functional partners on capital improvements and equipment upgrades.
