Responsibilities

• Defend the budget line by line when Fairfield finance comes knocking.
• Watch competitor moves and tell VentureCore which ones actually matter.
• Build consensus across Growth Mindset and Quality Assurance owners who rarely agree.
• Collaborate with Project Management and Tool and Die stakeholders to remove operational bottlenecks.
• Connect daily GMP operations to the strategy on the wall.
• Argue the deeply-bought-in option even when the room already loves the safe one.
