CorDx is seeking a Plant Manager to lead our Atlanta production facility, ensuring schedules, quality, and regulatory compliance. You will drive production excellence, cost control, and strategic investments in equipment and people.

You will oversee GMP adherence, audits, safety programs, and continuous improvement initiatives, while collaborating with QA, Regulatory Affairs, and Supply Chain to meet targets and sustain growth.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Pharmaceutical Science, Chemistry, Business Management, or related field.
• 7–10 years of pharmaceutical manufacturing experience with at least 5 years in leadership.
• Deep knowledge of GMP, FDA regulations, and related industry standards.
• Strong leadership and team-management skills with a focus on development.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities; continuous improvement focus.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the production plant to meet schedules and quality standards.
• Monitor and optimize processes to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
• Ensure availability of materials, equipment, and labor to meet targets.
• Maintain GMP compliance and prepare for regulatory audits.
• Lead safety programs and OSHA compliance; promote a safe work culture.
• Develop and manage plant budget; drive cost-saving initiatives.
