Job summary

Kinsa Group is seeking a Plant Manager in Benton Harbor, MI to lead a 100-person production and packaging facility handling fresh produce. You will drive safe, efficient operations, oversee maintenance and plant performance, and own P&L responsibilities on a daily basis.

The role requires 7+ years of experience, 3+ years in leadership, and willingness to relocate; you will work a demanding schedule of about 55 hours per week across five- and six-day cycles.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant experience in manufacturing/plant operations.
• 3+ years in a leadership role managing teams.
• Experience with fresh produce or perishable products.
• Experience managing plant-level P&L responsibilities.
• Willingness to relocate to Benton Harbor, MI for duration.

Responsibilities

• Lead plant operations across production, packaging and maintenance.
• Oversee six direct reports including an Operations Manager and Production Managers.
• Manage production and maintenance for a ~100-person workforce.
• Own plant-level P&L performance and drive results.
• Maintain a visible floor presence and support daily execution.
• Work a schedule of ~55 hours per week, five and six days alternating.
