Girard's Foodservice Dressings is seeking a Plant Manager to lead manufacturing, maintenance and facilities at the City of Industry plant. You will drive production, safety, and regulatory compliance while building a high-performing team that meets financial targets.

Lead continuous improvement, manage budgets, supervise cross-functional teams, and ensure food safety alongside QA/R&D, HR, Sales and Accounting partners. Strong leadership and problem-solving required.

Qualifikationen

• B.A./B.S. from a four-year college in related field; MBA a plus.
• 7–10 years of operations management experience in food industry.
• 3–5 years in Plant Management or Production Manager at a large company.
• 2–3 years overseeing Plant Maintenance & Engineering.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and projects.
• Ability to respond quickly to changing demands; adaptable.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a big plus.

• Lead continuous improvement for productivity, quality, safety and service.
• Develop and manage budgets for labor, material, and overhead including CAPEX.
• Monitor production to ensure procedures and budgets are met with good communication.
• Set goals, metrics and feedback to drive improvements.
• Maintain workflow and organize planning; adjust as needed.
• Ensure profitability of processing with R&D collaboration for quality and cost.
• Lead plant safety initiatives and OSHA compliance with HR support.
• Coach managers and supervisors to develop the team.
