Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required.
• Minimum 3 years of engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience coordinating production/processing improvements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement production/processing methods and controls to meet quality standards.
• Provide liaison support between the engineering department and manufacturing.
• Recommend improvements and modifications for sequence of operations, equipment utilization and related matters.
• Monitor assigned operations to ensure compliance with project schedules and approved quality standards.
• Generate and maintain process documentation to standardize throughput and quality.
