Job summary

USALCO, LLC in Dorado, Puerto Rico, seeks a Plant Manager to direct all plant operations, ensuring safety, efficiency, and alignment with quality standards and company objectives. You will oversee Production, Logistics, Maintenance, Safety, and NSF programs, collaborating with Sales and Customer Service to support customer commitments.

The role requires strong leadership, the ability to develop staff, and readiness to travel to support other plants.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing operations.
• Experience supervising employees and coordinating multiple operational areas.
• Knowledge of production, logistics, inventory, quality, maintenance, and safety.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee the daily operations of the Dorado plant.
• Coordinate with Production, Planning, Logistics, and Customer Service to meet delivery commitments.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee maintenance, equipment reliability, and infrastructure projects.
• Supervise payroll approvals and staff development processes.
