Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in industrial plant operations such as aggregates or mining.
• Hands-on troubleshooting of industrial electrical systems.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience in a 24/5 or 24/7 operation.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of the aggregate processing plant.
• Ensure compliance with MSHA, OSHA, and company policies.
• Monitor process KPIs and adjust settings as needed.
