Job summary

Simmons Foods in Arkansas is offering a Summer 2027 Intern position in Plant Operations. You will work on real-world projects and gain exposure to cross-functional relationships with other departments, while contributing to ongoing improvements.

The program emphasizes hands-on project work, daily tasks to build fundamentals, and presenting your work to the team and senior leaders. You’ll develop continuous improvement skills and learn company policies and quality guidelines.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of business and management principles.
• Willingness to lead and take charge.
• Ability to use computers and computer programs.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Preferred experience in manufacturing or poultry.
• In progress of degree in related field.
