Job summary

Wayne Farms LLC is seeking a Summer Plant Operations Intern to conduct a packaging efficiency study within our Dobson, NC plant. This 11-week summer program provides hands-on experience, skill-building workshops, and leadership exposure.

Eligible candidates are enrolled in relevant degree programs (various agriculture, food science, and business disciplines). Must be 18+, have a resume, and be willing to work non-standard hours with possible overnight travel. Safety PPE is required.
