Haworth, Inc. is seeking a Plant Coordinator in Big Rapids, MI to provide administrative and operational support for manufacturing. You will help with scheduling, records, and data accuracy while collaborating with production and quality teams.

Qualifications

• Education: High School or equivalent.
• Work Experience: Less than 1 year of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to manufacturing operations by coordinating routine production support activities and maintaining records.
• Monitor data accuracy and assist with production scheduling and inventory activities.
• Collaborate with production team and other functional partners to support efficient plant operations.
• Generate routine reports and communicate information to support manufacturing decision-making.
• Escalate issues outside established procedures to leadership and participate in process improvements.
