Job summary

Reliance Fluid Technologies is seeking a hands-on Manual Labor position in Milan, MI to carry out bulk, blending, and packaging tasks. The role supports movement, processing, inspection, and preparation of products to ensure quality, safety, and efficiency.

The incumbent will operate production equipment, inspect materials, and maintain accurate documentation while working a Monday–Friday schedule with potential Saturday OT. Competitive pay and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 1+ year of experience in manufacturing, production, or related environment is preferred.
• Previous forklift experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute scheduled production activities across Bulk, Blending, and Packaging operations.
• Assist in movement, processing, inspection, and preparation of products to ensure quality and safety.
• Perform quality inspections and maintain documentation for production and inventory.
